Friendship totally exists. I have hundreds... and don't think of it as being indebted to someone- that's the mistake! Think of it as an opportunity to show reciprocity, it makes me feel good to do things for others, though.
Maybe a little fucking the head... but I'm guessing you got that way as a result of some fucked up friends/friendships, no?
