Don't screw up this semester; be everything that you know you truly are.  Exercise. Meditate. Love yourself and your body every minute of the day. Study. Eat healthy. Work. Love your friends and family as much as possible.  And most importantly, FORGIVE YOURSELF.  I know it's hard, and takes more work than you'd think, but you can do it.  I love you, and I believe in you always.  And that is all you really need in this life, my unconditional love for you.

I finally think I have met the sweetest, most selfless, most amazing guy ever and I am terrified. I have spent my entire life building up this wall so no one can ever hurt me (again), and he is managing to slowly tear it down. I am scared to tell him how I really feel.

Who has to break hearts.  I cheated on my ex-boyfriend with his best friend (the ex doesn't know) but now the guy with whom I cheated is in love with me.  I really like him, but am interested in other people.  I'm scared I'm going to break his heart, but somehow it doesn't keep me up at night.
